We are not exclusive based upon age, nationality, race, religious group, sex, gaming competence or political views in any way. We do not tolerate rudeness, or any behavior which is offensive or disrespectful to others.
The Ten Ton Hammer guild values friendliness, teamwork and competence. While we do not require participation in events with other guild members, we prefer and encourage this. If a person is not a particularly competent player, that’s fine, as long as they can function as a team with other members.
Because we have younger players, and accept members with a variety of social circumstances, we do request people avoid adult language and subjects that might offend people. It’s not that we have an issue with adult viewpoints, but what might be humorous for one person can be offensive for another, and we wish to respect everyone’s viewpoints.
Generally we love loot, experience, success in adventuring and similar. However, we do not let these things get in the way of enjoyment, for example, if we have a party wipe or fail at a raid, we don’t get all bent out shape. It’s nice to win, but not a biggie.
The TTH guild always shows respect and fairness to all people in the game, regardless if they are guild members or not. For example, if we need to leave a party quickly, we do not just leave, but either explain we need to leave and ask if it is a problem, or find a replacement. We also do not demand that non-guild members on a raid give up their rolls for items, or otherwise treat them with anything less but the respect that they deserve.
